Privacy Policy
The short version: We never sell your data. Not when you apply. Not if you're declined. Not ever. Your information is used only to process your funding application and manage your account.
Who we are
FinProQuo is a merchant cash advance brokerage that operates through our self-serve portal at portal.finproquo.com. We connect small business owners with MCA funding at a flat 2% spread above lender buy rates. Our principal place of business is in the United States.
Information we collect
When you create an account or apply for funding through FinProQuo, we collect:
- Business name, address, and contact information
- Owner name, email address, and phone number
- Bank statements and financial documents you upload
- Business financial information (monthly revenue, time in business, industry)
- Application data and funding history
- Portal login credentials (passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text)
We also collect standard technical information when you visit our website, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is used solely for security and site performance purposes.
How we use your information
We use your information exclusively to:
- Process your funding application and communicate offers to you
- Submit your application to lender partners for approval consideration
- Manage your portal account and funding history
- Generate GAAP cost-of-capital reports for your accounting records
- Send account notifications, status updates, and renewal alerts
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
We never sell your data — ever
FinProQuo does not sell, rent, lease, or transfer your personal or business information to any third party for marketing or lead generation purposes. This applies regardless of whether your application is approved, declined, or withdrawn.
Most MCA brokers sell declined applicant data to other lenders, resulting in the spam calls and emails business owners experience after applying. We do not participate in this practice under any circumstances.
Information shared with lenders
To process your funding application, we share your business information with our lender partners. This sharing is limited to what is necessary to underwrite and approve your specific application. Our lender partners are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than evaluating your funding request.
Data security
We take the security of your financial information seriously. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data transmission. Your portal account is protected by password authentication. Bank statements and financial documents are stored on secure, encrypted servers. We conduct regular security reviews of our systems and access controls.
Your portal and funding history
Your FinProQuo portal account and complete funding history remain accessible to you permanently. We do not delete your account or funding records. You can log in at any time to view past advances, payback progress, and download your GAAP reports. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us — note that we may be required to retain certain financial records for legal and regulatory compliance purposes.
Cookies
Our marketing website uses minimal cookies for basic site functionality and analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the FinProQuo portal.
